Build the schedule#
The first due date anchors the plan. Later dates advance by calendar month, clamped to the last valid day where necessary. Principal is allocated in kuruş so the parts sum exactly.
Apply repayments#
Finalized repayments apply to the oldest remaining installment first. A partial payment leaves a reduced amount on that installment before reducing later ones.
Forecast each remaining part#
Unpaid installments enter the borrower’s liquidity forecast once each. Completed parts leave the forecast. Past-due amounts remain immediate cash obligations rather than disappearing.
