Open a case#
The user selects a repayment record, extension, dispute or restriction issue. The case records its reason and current restriction state. Repeated submissions do not silently bypass the restriction.
Separate the decision#
A review request does not itself lift access controls. A separately authorized reviewer decision is required. Current reviewer actions are local simulations, not a staffed appeals service.
Keep an audit trail#
A temporary clearance has an expiry. A finding can resolve a dispute without inventing a payment. Production support must add evidence handling, escalation, notification and documented response times.
